IHG worked with TIBCO Cloud™ Mashery and a Strategy Services team to build an API-driven partner program and dynamic developer portal, moving from concept to live in a few months. The result: partners grew from under 10 to nearly 100, revenue rose 27% year-over-year, onboarding shrank from one partner per quarter to under a day, and average order value increased 37%.
