Euler Hermes deployed TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks and a tablet-based Smart Knowledge app to harmonize services and deliver real‑time, graphical customer data. The integration now connects 20+ front‑end and ~18 back‑end systems with ~85 harmonized services, supports 600+ tablets and 45 million customers in‑app, handles ~180,000 messages per day, and reduced data-prep time from six hours to near zero—enabling consistent, interactive global sales presentations.
