Colegio Nueva Granada Uses Data to Develop Student Potential

Colegio Nueva Granada (CNG), a K–12 college-preparatory school in Bogotá serving students from over 30 countries, faced a growing data challenge: student information was scattered across Excel files and manually entered by hundreds of teachers, creating errors and making it hard to identify student needs, target interventions, or justify resource allocation. With families having choices and the school aiming to be a top institution in Colombia and Latin America, CNG needed a reliable way to consolidate and clean data so teachers and leaders could act on it.

CNG implemented TIBCO Spotfire to merge disparate data sources, publish role-specific dashboards, and give teachers a real-time, 360° view of each student.
