A TIBCO Software Case Study
Banco Sabadell, Spain’s fourth-largest banking group, set out to build a new customer-centric digital banking model driven by personalized, omnichannel experiences. The bank faced fragmented legacy systems and long time-to-market for cross-system requirements, so it needed a unified, real-time customer view and the ability to detect and act on interactions across every channel.
To address this, Sabadell expanded a long-standing partnership with TIBCO, adopting an SOA-based integration platform, in-memory data grid and event-driven architecture to centralize services, correlate interactions, and enable real-time decisioning. The initiative delivered reusable services, higher developer productivity, reduced transaction and operations time-to-market, and a scalable foundation for upcoming CEP, BPM and API-driven customer experience projects.
