Boiron, a Lyon-based global leader in homeopathic medicine serving 300 million customers across 50 countries, faced rapid international growth that created a complex web of business exchanges, regulatory requirements, and legacy-system limitations. The company needed to centralize product orders, comply with country-specific rules (notably Russian serial-number tracking and reporting), and quickly archive thousands of pharmaceutical documents—tasks its existing systems could not handle at scale.

Boiron migrated to TIBCO’s Connected Intelligence platform and BusinessWorks, rolling out over 250 integration flows in about 18 months to connect Cegedim, OpenText, Salesforce, Sage X3, JDEdwards, Azure and more. The solution accelerated archiving (updates cut from 20 days to 3; throughput rose from 500 to 1,250 docs/min), processes tens of thousands of daily orders, simplified Russian compliance and serial tracking, and improved availability and developer productivity.
