Ben’s Paint Supply, a leading specialty paint distributor in the southeastern U.S. with 10 stores and an online channel, wanted to grow sales but was hampered by poor data access and quality. Its Salesforce CRM was not integrated with the Perfection ERP, so sales reps lacked mobile access to order history and accurate account information, preventing effective account planning, performance tracking, and sales growth.
Working with Mountain Point, the company implemented TIBCO Cloud Integration to build a bi-directional connection between Perfection ERP and Salesforce. The integration delivered real-time, mobile access to complete sales history, deduplicated and synchronized account data, and Salesforce dashboards—enabling better consultative selling, up-sell opportunities, improved communication and visibility for reps and managers, and increased use of CRM tools to drive sales.
