Amway, the world’s largest direct-selling company, needed a better way to expose internal services to public consumers so its independent business owners could manage their businesses more effectively. They initially deployed TIBCO Mashery Local, but rising consumption and on‑premises infrastructure limits created availability and scalability problems that hindered their digital transformation.
Amway migrated those services to the TIBCO Cloud Mashery (TIBCO Cloud API Management) environment, moving API management to a cloud platform. The migration resolved the availability challenges and provided the scalability and reliability needed to support higher traffic and improve service delivery for Amway’s business owners.
