ADIS, an AXA France subsidiary that manages AGIPI’s insurance programs, faced rapidly growing umbrella policy volume that overwhelmed manual contract handling. The company suffered from poor traceability, inconsistent processing between agents, and limited visibility into its overall policy portfolio, making it hard to pilot and scale umbrella processes.

ADIS implemented TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM and TIBCO Spotfire, delivered in three-week sprints and launched initial umbrella workflows within six months, linking AS/400 back-office systems to agent front ends and allowing controlled exceptions. The solution automated and standardized end-to-end contract management, gave managers real-time visual analytics (project counts, business views, processing times), and now handles about 850 new umbrella applications weekly with 200 of 300 partners using the BPM—supporting ADIS’s strongest period of growth and enabling further expansion.
