Case Study: Arkema achieves centralized master data control and improved compliance with TIBCO EBX

Arkema, an €8B specialty chemicals and advanced materials company headquartered in France, faced the challenge of managing the flow of data across customer, vendor, and material domains to support supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, and M&A activity. To address this, Arkema partnered with TIBCO EBX and deployed TIBCO Unify technology (TIBCO EBX® Software) using data catalog and data governance solutions.

TIBCO EBX implemented a master data hub and APIs so Arkema’s supply chain team could act as a “control tower,” feeding standardized master supply chain data to downstream systems. As a result, Arkema now shares accurate, trusted data organization-wide, has improved regulatory compliance, accelerated M&A data integration, and delivers more consistent customer‑centric service.
