Ontario Power Generation, one of North America's largest and most diverse clean power producers that generates roughly half of Ontario’s electricity, faced the challenge of delivering complex, multi-billion-dollar nuclear programs on time and on budget while operating other reactors at peak performance. To address fragmented project data and limited enterprise visibility, OPG adopted TIBCO EBX® software to integrate project information and create a “Program 360” view of work across the organization.

Using TIBCO EBX to consolidate and govern project data, OPG established Program 360 to enhance project controls and provide a single source of truth for program delivery. TIBCO EBX enabled OPG to deliver Darlington’s first refurbished reactor on time and on budget while concurrently operating three other reactors at world-class performance—demonstrating measurable improvements in schedule, cost control, and enterprise visibility.
