To support faster delivery of relevant mobile products and an omnichannel experience, Telkomsel chose TIBCO Cloud™ Mashery along with related TIBCO software to modernize its digital foundation.

TIBCO Cloud™ Mashery helped Telkomsel build a cloud-ready platform that simplified API and microservices integration, enabled reusable APIs, and separated customer-facing channels from back-end systems. The result was up to 30,000 API transactions per second, 30–40% fewer channel-specific products to manage, and a 2–3x improvement in time to market, with new agile capabilities delivered in just 10 months.
