Secureworks, a global managed security services provider focused on cyberattack protection, needed a faster way to collect, index, and analyze logs and machine data across thousands of clients. To avoid high development and maintenance costs and speed time to market, Secureworks chose TIBCO Cloud™ Mashery’s LogLogic Log Management Intelligence software over building an in-house or open source solution.

TIBCO Cloud™ Mashery implemented a self-installing, scalable LogLogic solution that worked across Secureworks’ appliance environment and supported threat detection, compliance reporting, and IT system management. The result was access to data from more than 500,000 sources and processing of 290 billion security events per day, helping Secureworks respond to threats faster and expand services to over 4,000 clients.
