TIBCO Cloud™ Mashery helped Desigual rethink its architecture and support the DSOUL application, giving staff one view of catalogs, purchase history, and real-time stock data. The result was faster decision-making, scalable handling of high traffic, and new upselling tools like assisted shopping and smart fitting rooms, contributing to almost 2% of in-store sales in four main European markets and about 20,000 API calls per day.
