Caesars Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas faced growing parking shortages and a poor guest experience as demand outpaced available self-parking capacity. To address this, Caesars partnered with TIBA Parking and its SmartPark Command PARCS solution to centralize parking management across multiple resort properties.

TIBA Parking implemented a centralized command-and-control system with 68 entry/exit lanes, 24 hotel lobby payment kiosks, and integrations with lodging, loyalty, CCTV, and license plate recognition systems. The result was new revenue for Caesars Entertainment, better use of parking assets, lower operating costs per facility, and a more positive parking experience for guests, visitors, and employees.
