WECHEER, a Lausanne-based IoT company, uses AWS serverless services to capture and process bottle-opening data from bars and pubs around the world. As their data pipeline grew, they faced challenges with scaling, monitoring, and communicating architecture changes across teams, especially in a stateless, event-driven environment.

To improve serverless observability, WECHEER implemented Thundra for tracing, logs, alerts, and live architecture visibility.
