Titan Travel, a British tour operator known for hand-picked, Britain-focused holidays, faced rising competition from operators copying their packages at lower prices. To preserve its differentiated, customer-first approach the company needed to understand each traveller’s “trip intent” and deliver personalised experiences across web, email and contact-centre channels.

Titan deployed Thunderhead’s ONE Engagement Hub to stitch together online and offline journeys and personalise outbound communications and the website. Within days it drove about £9k of incremental bookings and, over 12 weeks, identified 20,000 previously anonymous customers and gained 5,242 email sign-ups in one month; email open rates rose from 15% to 60% and click-throughs from 1% to 20%. ONE enabled 100% personalised web content, better sales leads and improved cross-team collaboration, supporting an estimated £1.5m additional revenue per year from just one extra booking a day.
