Taxi Angel expands across the UK with Thumbmunkeys and serves multiple companies

Taxi Angel, a transportation company supplying taxicab dispatch systems, needed to revamp their web application to create a comprehensive taxi-hailing solution. They partnered with Thumbmunkeys to develop a white-labelled product that would allow taxi businesses to easily manage bookings, fleet, and earnings.

Thumbmunkeys completely rewrote the code from scratch, building new mobile apps for drivers and passengers and a web dashboard for administrators. The solution included features like live tracking, multiple payment options, and ride-sharing. The updated applications were very well received, enabling early adopter taxi companies to rapidly expand their operations and manage their business digitally without relying on third-party aggregator platforms.
