Thrive built a custom employee app for SGN, delivered in just six months, providing a fast, cost-effective communication platform with useful tools and real-time analytics. The app saw 32% adoption in the first week, 3,200 downloads in 28 days, and more than 150,000 screen views, while 92% of employees said they liked it and 64% used it daily; Thrive’s solution also helped SGN reduce print by moving its internal magazine to a quarterly, feature-led format.
