Shark Tank Champ PRx Performance Uses 3D Configuration to Help Shorten Sales Cycle

PRx Performance, the Shark Tank–backed maker of foldable, customizable garage squat racks, needed a better way to answer shoppers’ “how will it fit in my space?” question and to reduce time spent by support staff explaining modular options. To solve this, PRx partnered with ThreeKit to replace basic Shopify AR tools with a more sophisticated 3D product configurator and launched the PRO Gym Builder experience.

ThreeKit delivered a mobile-first, full-room 3D configurator with dynamic pricing, drag-and-drop placement, adjustable wall/ceiling sizing, animated folding, location-specific placement guidance, nested configuration, and inventory monitoring. The result: customers can visualize and customize equipment in their own spaces, PRx Performance has relieved pressure on its customer service team, shortened the sales cycle, and expects increased sales from package and add-on purchases.
