Harri iQ puts hospitality workers ‘in the driver’s seat’ to boost service sector recovery by embedding ThoughtSpot Everywhere

Harri, the global leader in frontline employee experience for hospitality, needed a way to give busy managers faster, more self-service access to workforce data as customers increasingly demanded more customization, interactivity, and analytics. To relaunch its platform as Harri iQ, Harri turned to ThoughtSpot and its embedded analytics capabilities to help non-technical users get answers quickly in high-pressure service environments.

ThoughtSpot helped Harri build Harri iQ with low-code embedded analytics, search-driven insights, and role-based experiences for different user types. The solution was launched with a major recruitment module and supported by Snowflake and Keboola, and Harri says it has already won a major new contract because of Harri iQ’s ability to improve workforce planning and shift flexibility; users can now drill into data across regions and locations to get to the “why” faster.
