Frontify gains data trust, literacy, and insights with ThoughtSpot self-service

Frontify, the cloud-based brand management platform, wanted to extend its “single source of truth” approach across finance, sales, marketing, customer success, and product after its last funding round. Using ThoughtSpot, the company set out to give non-technical employees self-service analytics on a shared data warehouse so teams could get timely insights instead of waiting weeks for reports.

ThoughtSpot helped Frontify build a modern data stack with Snowflake and Fivetran, then roll out search-driven, self-service analytics through Liveboards, training, and adoption programs. The results were substantial: report turnaround dropped from up to a month to about 30 minutes, data insights improved by 99%, and within five months Frontify had 75 monthly active users, or 40% of employees, including seven power users.
