DoctorLink launches its first web app in 3 months with Thought&Function

Doctorlink, a UK-based telemedicine application integrated with the NHS, faced the challenge of developing a robust web frontend to bring their product to market. They struggled to achieve production quality with previous versions and needed to implement new designs. They partnered with the vendor Thought&Function to address this.

Thought&Function launched Doctorlink's first public web app in just three months and later achieved feature parity on a new mobile application in the same timeframe. The vendor migrated the platform to a micro-services architecture, implemented a design system, and helped hire an internal team. As a result, the application scaled to over 10 million users and Doctorlink was successfully acquired by HealthHero. Thought&Function continues to work with the acquired company.
