Ozinga is a fourth-generation, family-owned concrete and materials supplier in the US Midwest with about 800 employees. After rapid growth the company needed a centralized, easy-to-use hub to give employees fast access to critical information while preserving its family-first culture and keeping everyone informed across dispersed locations.
Ozinga chose ThoughtFarmer to build “GO Ozinga,” an intuitive, scalable intranet featuring a news-driven homepage and community section, a dynamic employee directory that replaced error-prone spreadsheets, and a Toolbox for key documents. The launch has sped information flow, boosted cohesion and morale, improved operational efficiency (notably aiding dispatch), and is being expanded with new features.
