Continuum is a global design consultancy known for products like the Reebok Pump and P&G Swiffer. As the firm grew to 200+ people across five offices, its aging wiki couldn’t support the cross‑team connections, trust and knowledge sharing needed to sustain a culture of organizational innovation and safe risk‑taking.

Continuum deployed ThoughtFarmer (“Orange”), a visual, social intranet that lets employees self‑publish, form interest and practice groups, and share ideas across geographies. The platform launched in days, grew from ~20 to ~140 groups, drove heavy engagement (135,000 page views and 35,000 visits in under five months) and improved knowledge access, collaboration, internal marketing and idea generation—strengthening the company’s innovation culture.
