Continuum deployed ThoughtFarmer (“Orange”), a visual, social intranet that lets employees self‑publish, form interest and practice groups, and share ideas across geographies. The platform launched in days, grew from ~20 to ~140 groups, drove heavy engagement (135,000 page views and 35,000 visits in under five months) and improved knowledge access, collaboration, internal marketing and idea generation—strengthening the company’s innovation culture.
