VantageOne Credit Union, led by CEO Glenn Benischek, rebranded and expanded to serve 12,000 members after growing assets by 55%. Although NPS scores were strong, the credit union needed to quickly understand member experience—why members didn’t do all their business with VantageOne—and use those insights to inform brand messaging and increase wallet share.

VantageOne partnered with Thoughtexchange to engage more than 1,200 members, collecting and star-rating open-ended feedback that was thematically analyzed and visualized. Those member-driven insights shaped a new brand messaging platform and revealed a clear opportunity to improve credit-card offerings (including changing providers), positioning VantageOne to capture greater wallet share and sharpen strategic decisions.
