Clinton Community School District partnered with Thoughtexchange to tackle bullying—a sensitive, community-wide issue that routine surveys highlighted but didn’t explain. The district needed a confidential, inclusive way to engage parents, students and non‑parent community members, surface honest concerns, and turn feedback into concrete actions.

Thoughtexchange ran an initial exchange (2,521 participants, 2,996 thoughts, 102,734 stars) and a follow‑up to prioritize topics. The process revealed needs for more counseling, clearer policy enforcement and education on handling bullying, and led to relevant blended learning offerings and school-level delivery plans—enabling visible, informed actions that built community understanding and momentum on bullying and related mental‑health issues.
