Trading College, a UK-based trading education company founded by Lee Sandford, faced low-engagement online courses that were “sit down and watch” with outdated styling and limited content variety. To modernize delivery and create a more interactive experience, Trading College partnered with Thought Industries and adopted the Thought Industries Learning Business Platform™.
Using the Thought Industries platform, Trading College added quizzes, live weekly webinars, live trading sessions with tutors, and analytics such as heat mapping and engagement reporting to refine courses. The result: learners are significantly more engaged (quizzes drive the most interaction), dozens enrolled in the first online cohort of the eight-week Ultimate Trading Programme, and Trading College is expanding its online offerings.
