Educate 360, a training organization with brands in the U.S. and Europe, needed to replace its homegrown LMS as its business expanded. The company wanted to improve the learner experience, automate event and course management, integrate more tightly with Salesforce, and create better cross-sell opportunities across its “house of brands” model. Thought Industries was selected to support these goals with a modern learning platform.

Using the Thought Industries platform, Educate 360 automated key workflows through Salesforce integration, added role-based learning paths and native authoring tools, and scaled to more than 900 unique courses and 5,000+ ILT/VILT sessions per year. The results included a 10x increase in learners, a 48% increase in cross-sell revenue, 95% of students recommending Educate 360, and over half a million dollars in revenue from enterprise deals supported by Thought Industries’ Panorama multi-tenant solution.
