A Thought Industries Case Study
CentralReach, a leading provider of EMR, practice management, and clinical solutions for applied behavior analysis (ABA) clinicians, needed a scalable customer training platform to support two core use cases: onboarding and software training for users, and delivering continuing education units (CEUs) for board certified behavior analysts. After outgrowing a homegrown LMS, CentralReach selected Thought Industries’ customer training platform to provide microsites, ecommerce, multi-tenant portals, gamification and learning-path capabilities that could support both branded client portals and flexible monetization.
Thought Industries implemented a multi-tenant solution (Panorama) with Commerce, Learning Paths and Gamification to unify software training and CEU delivery and enabled CentralReach to quickly pivot during COVID-19 to open their CEU library for free. The results were significant: 23,526 registrations (including ~18,000 BCBAs), nearly 50% market penetration within three months, and more than a tenfold increase in course enrollments — outcomes achieved using the Thought Industries platform.
