Thornton Tomasetti conducted a two-month evaluation of the facilities across multiple islands. Their solution involved field studies, employee interviews, and fine-tuning loss-modeling software to accurately account for risks. As a result, Thornton Tomasetti's team computed that the probable maximum loss fell within the insured limits for the modeled 250-year and 500-year events.
