The result was a smooth July 2014 staging, pension scheme membership rising to 81% from 26%, and an opt-out rate of 6% versus a national average of nearly 12%. Thomsons Online Benefits also helped Virgin Management Limited achieve efficiencies and cost savings by unifying the implementation across all entities.
