Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP (RPC), one of the UK’s top legal firms, needed a better way to communicate its culture, expand employee choice, and introduce a new pension scheme while reducing the administrative burden of benefits management. RPC partnered with Thomsons Online Benefits to improve benefits awareness, support recruitment and retention, and create a more flexible and attractive employee offering.
Thomsons Online Benefits implemented a pension plan and flexible benefits package branded “Pick ‘n’ Mix,” along with Total Reward Statements and an engaging communications campaign to drive adoption. The results included a 9% reduction in administration, more than 400 tracked flex activities, a 50% reduction in pension contributions for most employees after review, and stronger talent attraction and retention; RPC also reported 62% of employees citing greater awareness of benefits.
