Mundipharma, a pharmaceutical innovator, needed to replace its outdated, restrictive benefits program with a more flexible offering that would better match employee needs and help attract and retain talent. To achieve this, Mundipharma partnered with Thomsons Online Benefits to create a modern, market-leading benefits experience.

Thomsons Online Benefits implemented “Flex,” a new benefits platform powered by Darwin™, alongside a multi-channel communications campaign to drive awareness and engagement. The results were strong: 96% of employees flexed their benefits, perceived flexibility rose by 39.7%, employee turnover fell by 45% in 18 months, time to fill vacancies dropped from 5 days to 28 days, and Mundipharma reported £813k in savings from rebrokering and NI.
