Thomsons Online Benefits implemented “Flex,” a new benefits platform powered by Darwin™, alongside a multi-channel communications campaign to drive awareness and engagement. The results were strong: 96% of employees flexed their benefits, perceived flexibility rose by 39.7%, employee turnover fell by 45% in 18 months, time to fill vacancies dropped from 5 days to 28 days, and Mundipharma reported £813k in savings from rebrokering and NI.
