Live Nation Entertainment partnered with Thomsons Online Benefits to overhaul its LiveWell employee benefits program after identifying unhealthy habits and wanting a more holistic wellbeing strategy for its 4,700-plus workforce across 37 UK locations. The company needed a solution that could support a diverse, irregular-hours workforce while improving health, wellbeing, and reducing its Vitality Age Gap.
Thomsons Online Benefits helped Live Nation Entertainment transform LiveWell into a five-pillar wellbeing program covering EatWell, MoveWell, ThinkWell, BudgetWell, and ChooseWell, supported by Darwin™ for benefits visibility and strong employee communication. The results included an 8.5% reduction in unhealthy eating, a 21.4% reduction in insufficient physical activity, a drop in the Vitality Age Gap to 3.1 from 4.1 in 2016, and 90.2% of employees saying they are proud to work for the company.
