The result was improved engagement and benefits awareness, with 95% of staff saying benefits improved and 100% more aware of what was offered; pension contributions rose 21%, voluntary attrition fell to 7.78%, and the firm achieved £60,000 in total savings, including £35,000 a year in NI savings passed back to employees.
