The scheme drove strong engagement, with 90% of staff logging in, 4,595 benefit selections made, and 97% of eligible employees participating in the flex window. Bibby Financial Services also saved more than £170,000 through National Insurance and reduced premiums, plus over £6,000 in administration savings.
