The company needed a single integrated benefits scheme for 800 employees that would support cohesion, cost savings, and better engagement.

Thomsons Online Benefits designed and launched a new harmonized benefits program, re-brokering existing benefits, adding new options, and introducing flexibility across areas like holiday, pension, and medical insurance. Thomsons Online Benefits also created a bespoke communications plan to boost understanding and take-up, delivering strong results: pension take-up tripled, overall employee satisfaction rose by 13% to 83%, and staff turnover was cut in half over three years.
