AGG implemented Thomson Reuters Elite’s ContactNet (ERM) and Contact Manager (CRM), a centralized, web-based solution that automates contact capture and relationship intelligence. Within six months the firm nearly tripled its contact database to more than 300,000 records, more than doubled usable contacts, freed staff from manual data entry, generated roughly 600 new connection opportunities per year, improved event targeting (200 appropriate contacts for a recent event), and increased marketing and business-development efficiency through warm introductions and integrated campaign delivery.
