Nabarro LLP is a major UK commercial law firm with ~420 lawyers handling corporate, property, environmental and dispute work. The firm faced two pressures: client demands for a new approach to high-volume personal injury claims with a fixed July 2011 deadline, and an internal drive to boost lawyer efficiency ahead of market change. Any solution also had to integrate with existing systems and migrate smoothly as the firm upgraded from Enterprise to 3E, while remaining flexible enough for high-value, bespoke matters so users would adopt it.
