GableGotwals, a 70‑attorney full‑service law firm in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, participated as a beta client for Thomson Reuters Elite’s 3E 2.7 to evaluate major user‑interface and framework changes. Already a 3E user since 2010, the firm wanted to ensure navigation, form usability and billing‑rule improvements worked in real‑world practice and would benefit the broader 3E community.

3E 2.7 delivered a redesigned, more intuitive interface—personalized dashboard, Personal Tray and the ability to expand form sections to full screen—along with streamlined workflows and enhanced billing rules that warn or block errors before submission. Those improvements reduced rejections and training time, produced immediate ROI, were refined based on GableGotwals’ feedback, and led the firm to recommend upgrading directly to 3E 2.7.
