Van Dorp Installations & Thinkwise Software further extend their cooperation

Van Dorp is an innovative, sustainable technical service provider with 20 branches across the Netherlands that needed to keep its IT aligned with an expanding services portfolio and modern technologies (IoT, Machine Learning, AI) while modernizing its user experience and integrations. To meet these challenges Van Dorp continued and intensified its partnership with Thinkwise, using the Thinkwise Platform (including the new Universal GUI and integration layer) to support connectivity with other applications and sensors and to modernize its Service Management system.

Thinkwise implemented a low-code modernization that leverages strict separation of technology and functionality, allowing Van Dorp to convert its entire Service Management application—almost 500 tables used by about 500 employees—to the latest technology in just five days. Thinkwise also provided training on the latest Software Factory, leaving Van Dorp technically up-to-date, able to expand SMS functionality, and ready for further IoT and AI integrations.
