HH IT Services faced the common project-management problem of temporary, multi‑party teams relying on ad‑hoc spreadsheets, email and siloed tools that made sharing information, reporting and rapid IT setup difficult. To solve this, HH IT Services built the SmartTeam Toolkit on the Thinkwise Platform, using Thinkwise’s low‑code tooling and license model to create a flexible, cloud‑based project management environment.

Using the Thinkwise Platform, HH IT Services delivered SmartTeam as a scalable Azure/SQL web app with a unified data model and multi‑grid interface that integrates contracts, progress, photos and handover records. The solution went from beta in six months to production use on Vattenfall’s Princess Ariane wind park (82 turbines), supporting hundreds to thousands of participants, improving transparency and reporting, and benefiting from Thinkwise’s straightforward, cost‑effective licensing.
