FunctieWijzer, a start-up in HR software, partnered with Thinkwise and its low-code platform to build an affordable, cloud-based HR solution that helps (SME) organizations assign job weightings, establish salary structures and assess employees. The founders identified a market need for a transparent, user-friendly alternative to expensive, opaque systems so employers, unions and employee representatives could obtain objective, easy-to-understand results.

Using the Thinkwise platform, FunctieWijzer converted its Excel-based algorithms into a modern web application in the cloud within a month, launching a prototype that allowed rapid market feedback and quick iterative improvements.
