Coffee Fresh replaces legacy software with the Thinkwise low-code

Coffee Fresh, a Dutch supplier of coffee systems, ingredients and technical services serving 150 employees across five showrooms and facilitating 100 million cups of coffee a year, faced a business risk from its decades-old Finas application (originally from Euromation) which no longer supported modern mobile technology or ongoing development. After discovering that off‑the‑shelf packages couldn’t replicate their extensive custom functionality, Coffee Fresh selected the Thinkwise low-code platform to modernize its legacy software while preserving its business processes.

Working with Thinkwise, the team built a demo, replaced the service module first and then modernized the entire application, going live last October; the migration preserved 99.99% of existing functionality and delivered a modern, mobile-capable platform that improved efficiency. Thanks to Thinkwise’s low-code approach, Coffee Fresh has not only removed its software risk but also positioned itself to resell the new enterprise application to other former Finas users.
