BAS Holding integrates and modernizes business applications with Thinkwise low-code platform

BAS Holding, a trading and service provider for international transport companies, faced a fragmented IT landscape of connected packages, custom systems and IBM AS/400 back-ends while needing a modern dealer and fleet management solution. To build a process-driven, integrated platform they selected the Thinkwise low-code platform and used it to develop FleetGuide to coordinate maintenance, connect ~300 dealers/garages and support workshop operations.

Thinkwise delivered a quickly deployable, flexible solution: FleetGuide went from project start to first service engineers connected within six months and soon supported the full system. Using Thinkwise, BAS now manages about fifteen customers on the platform with a team of ten (up from four employees supporting one customer), has added a service contract and finance module, and is replacing multiple legacy packages—achieving faster change cycles, greater automation and a roadmap to roll out new workshop software across the Netherlands and Germany.
