Proline Steel earns Level 1 SSA certification in May 2023 with thinkstep-anz

Proline Steel, a structural steel fabricator, sought to become one of the first companies certified under the Australian Steel Institute's new Steel Sustainability Australia (SSA) program. They engaged thinkstep-anz for assistance, knowing the vendor had helped develop the program, to help document their processes and achieve certification to support their customers in the green building market.

thinkstep-anz held workshops with Proline Steel to develop systems for governance and environmental, health, and safety activities, resulting in ten documents that met SSA requirements. The vendor then supported the certification submission. As a result, Proline Steel successfully achieved a Level 1 SSA certificate in May 2023, which helps reduce risk, build its brand, and improve its sustainability program.
