ThinkPower worked with a major UK commercial bank to address its challenge of building a new, centralized information push management center. This system was required to handle all notification traffic across numerous customer channels, including online banking, credit card systems, and digital finance platforms, for a wide variety of critical alerts.
The solution implemented by ThinkPower utilized an Async Service module for high-volume asynchronous message sending and a TSMP RESTful API for front-end access, ensuring system stability. The result was a highly capable system engineered to handle 100,000 concurrent users while reliably managing the bank's massive flow of notifications.
