ThinkPower worked with Chunghwa Telecom to address their challenge of managing massive volumes of call detail records (CDRs). The customer needed a highly efficient system capable of processing their immense daily data load, which was a challenge for their traditional relational database infrastructure.

ThinkPower implemented its Enterprise NoSQL database solution to create a new CDR Management System. This solution successfully processed over 40 million CDR records every day. The results were significant, with ThinkPower's system performing more than five times faster compared to the previous traditional RDBMS, enabling the customer to manage its massive data with ease.
