IntelyCare, an intelligent nurse staffing software company, faced a sudden global challenge when COVID-19 left many nursing and assisted living staff underprepared and without affordable training. Using Thinkific Plus, IntelyCare launched the course in three weeks and saw viral adoption—200,000 course completions within 10 days and ultimately 500K+ students across 30+ countries in five languages—leveraging in-app certificates, social sharing, and dedicated support from Thinkific’s Customer Success Manager. The program not only boosted global nurse preparedness but also drove business growth for IntelyCare, with several hundred nursing facilities signing up for its platform after the course.
