Procurify, a Vancouver-based cloud procurement software company, faced a scalable-training problem during rapid growth: Jacob Sewell, their Training and Certifications Manager, was spending 15+ hours a week on repetitive, in-person product onboarding while employees and customers still reported knowledge gaps. To standardize and scale learning, Procurify chose Thinkific as their LMS to build a formal online academy for internal onboarding and customer education.

Using Thinkific, Jacob launched structured video courses, quizzes, downloadable resources and used Thinkific’s API to bulk-import users.
